This website tool was designed to zip and protect documents with strong encryption and a secure password due to the new GDPR laws effective from 25 May 2018.
The main scenario we are now faced with, is that you now should send sensitive documents via email as password protected files, where you also send a second email or sms message with the password separately. This tool was built to accomplish this task.
This tool also saves the need to manually use various zip programs to zip and protect files.
Files uploaded are transmitted securely over an encrypted connection using SSL. Your file is then compressed using 256bit AES encyption. All passwords and generated zip file names are random.
Data we store about you
Bear in mind, the generated password protected zip file is deleted after (x) amount of minutes for your security. This is displayed on the front page, however this could change at any time, depending on what change(s) we have made.
